Brooke Burke tossed a coin and Hines Ward called “tails.” Burke called the coin and said, “chiefs.” Then he proceeded to leave Ward choose whether or not the first dance even though they clearly lost the coin toss.
This is what happens on “Dancing With the Stars” when you have Brooke Burke running the show. Burke finally realized what was happening, after a few blank stares, Ward says he lost the toss and producers off camera saying, “You idiot, who was the head, who was the head.”
Needless to say, the show continued. As for Burke, heads and tails of it are simple: there is nothing in the head, and she is a good piece of tail.
